Caledonia High School Athletics

The energy was electric at the MHSAA Div. 1 swim and dive state meet Friday and Saturday, and the biggest surge came from the Caledonia State Team! This team consisted of Andrew Barnum, Austin Tufts, Doug Gaylord, Reid Cammet, Brett DeJager, Nolan Fitzgerald, Hudson Kemper, Liam Schuurmans, Anders Foerch, and Ethan Snapper. Personal bests were had by all as Ethan Snapper, Liam Schuurmans, Anders Foerch, and Hudson Kemper qualified for the finals in individual events and a relay event dropping their 200 freestyle relay by 2 seconds! “If your dreams don’t scare you, they’re not big enough” was the quote that best describes this team and their amazing season! Great job men!
