Myla Gortmaker recorded a hat trick scoring the team's second, seventh, and eighth goals on the night. She scored in the 11th minute with an assist from Natalie James with her left foot in the lower right from seven yards. Gortmaker again struck in the 36th minute and two minutes later. Baylee DeVries opened the scoring in the fifth minute from Kelsey Roszkowski on a low right shot from seven yards. James made it 3-0 from fellow freshman Reese Abbott in the 17th minute from the left wing around 14 yards out to the right side of the net. Greeley Gingrich scored her first goal of the season in the 23rd minute in front off a rebound for the 4-0 lead. Maya Terryn made it 5-0 in the 25th minute from 15 yards in the low right corner. Mady Mulder scored five minutes later on a short left shot in front for the sixth goal of the game. Jordyn Smith finished out the night scoring in the final 50 seconds. She took a cross from Abbott and finished on a one-timer near eight yards out.
